Valentine Mascarenhas

Valentine Mascarenhas is an Associate with RHP Partners. Prior to joining RHP Partners, Mr. Mascarenhas has worked extensively with SDS Advocates and at chambers of Mr. Anil D’souza. In addition to the Bachelor of Law, Mr. Mascarenhas is a qualified Company Secretary.

Mr. Mascarenhas has an extensive experience in representing clients in commercial litigation, arbitration and criminal matters across a broad spectrum of legal forums. He has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex disputes before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), and various other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.

He is adept at drafting critical legal documents, conducting cross-examinations, and presenting compelling arguments. He has collaborated with esteemed Senior Counsels and has also independently argued cases before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
